Dinner

  • – 1 broccoli
  • – 1/2 banana
  • – 2 hot dogs
  • – 1 Cup of ice cream


DAY 3

Breakfast:

  • – 1 big apple
  • – 4 saltine crackers
  • – 1 piece cheddar cheese


Lunch:

  • – 1 boiled egg
  • – 1 piece of toast


Dinner:

  • – 1/2 banana too
  • – 1 cup of tuna
  • – half banana too
  • – 1 cup ice cream


After 3 days of this Military diet, as a result, you will lose 8 pounds. Also, after the third day, you can eat your usual meal

Also Water is an important factor in this diet and you can drink it as much as you want.
